This softbox is great for Nikon Canon speedring flash as well as small strobe flashes such as like Alienbees. It pops open like an umbrella that makes setup much faster. It includes one 24"x36" softbox, one diffuser and one grid. It will need a flash umbrella mount for it to work with the softbox.
